Billing & Technical Help
I’m sorry to hear there’s an issue with my payment page. Please check that you’ve entered the correct details and that the card you’re paying with matches the address you’re entering. If you are seeing an error message regarding your zip code, please contact your bank to make sure you have the correct zip code/post code registered for that card.
The Praxis support team will be happy to help you if the problem still doesn’t resolve. You can easily reach them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I’m sorry about that. Sometimes these emails land in the spam folder and are deleted after a few days. Please check your spam folder, and if your welcome email isn’t there, please contact the Praxis support team at email@example.com and they’ll resend your login details.
While the course currency is USD, if you pay through credit/debit card, you will be charged in your local currency, as per your bank’s conversion rate. Please bear in mind that you may also be charged a small conversion fee by your bank, but it’s unlikely to be higher than 2.5–3%. Our checkout processor, Stripe, supports processing payments in 135+ currencies, but if for any reason you are having trouble at the checkout, please reach out to my team and they will help you get registered.
Absolutely – just reach out to the Praxis team and they can send you an invoice.
No, I do not store any credit card information. I use Stripe.com, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256, and decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers.
Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.).
So, your credit card details are perfectly safe!
Yes, both my courses have the option to pay in 6 monthly installments of $99.
We have a limited reduced-fee program to help us make these trainings accessible to as many people as possible – including practitioners in the developing world, students, and others. If you would like to apply for a partial scholarship, please reach out to the Praxis support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will guide you through the application process.
Both courses have a 14-day risk-free guarantee so you have a chance to try out the course and see if it’s for you. If you go through the first couple of modules and don’t feel like you’ve learned anything new about ACT or applying ACT in your practice, write to the Praxis support team within 14 days of joining at email@example.com and we will refund you 100% of your money.
You will get an automatic receipt once your payment goes through. If you need a more detailed receipt, just email firstname.lastname@example.org with the information you need to be displayed on the receipt and the Praxis team will send this over to you.
Your username will be the same email address you signed up with when you purchased the course. If you can’t remember what that is, you can simply check where you’re getting my emails about the course, and this will be the email address you can use to log in. If you’d like to update your username, just email email@example.com with your new email address and they’ll get that updated for you.
Not to worry. If you click the “Forgot Password” button on the login page, this will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If the email doesn’t come through, please check your spam folder (or “other” inbox if you use Hotmail).
If you continue to have issues, reach out to the Praxis support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they’ll happily set you a new password.
We really appreciate all feedback about the course and love to hear how you’re getting on. Just email the team with your thoughts – email@example.com.
If you’ve spotted something that doesn’t look quite right, please let the team know and we’ll make it so. Thank you!
